License for Proprietary Plugins, Themes, and Templates

1. License Grant
Revision Club (“Licensor”) grants a limited, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the licensed plugins, themes, and templates (“Licensed Works”) only upon receiving explicit written permission or approval from the Licensor. This license applies solely to the specified use and is not transferable to any other entity, person, or project.
2. Restrictions on Use
Except as expressly permitted by the Licensor:
- The Licensed Works may not be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means.
- Modification, derivative works, or redistribution without permission from the Licensor is strictly prohibited.
- Any unauthorized use, modification, copying, or redistribution will result in license termination and may lead to legal action.
3. Prohibition of Resale or Redistribution
Resale, sublicensing, or redistribution of the Licensed Works, either in part or in whole, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Licensor.
4. Attribution and Intellectual Property
The Licensed Works remain the exclusive intellectual property of Revision Club. The user may not remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or attribution information contained within the Licensed Works.
5. Termination of License
The Licensor reserves the right to terminate this license immediately upon any violation of the terms. Upon termination, all copies of the Licensed Works must be removed from the user’s systems and applications.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Licensed Works are provided “as-is,” without any express or implied warranties. Revision Club shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of the Licensed Works.
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This license is intended for international use. All disputes arising from or relating to this license will be resolved in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction/Country].
